This role is part of Henkel's Supply Chain Talent Pool in Budapest. As a Regional Supply Planner, you will manage replenishment of finished goods across European countries, coordinate with production plants, and optimize inventory levels. It requires 1-3 years of supply planning experience and strong analytical skills.

最低要求

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field, with focus on supply chain

Min. 1-3 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related field
Fluent English (oral and written) is required
Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
Advanced Excel skills are required
Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe

工作职责

Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe

Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other key departments like Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging and Purchasing
Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
Project management on regional level
Manage the inventory to an optimum level
Continuously optimize processes and setup

优先资格

Another European language knowledge is an advantage

SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
