Builds necessary expertise along processes, project management, digital transformation to ensure best-in-class procurement performance. Manages internal and external communications, align cross-functional requirements, and prepare and present initiatives to an executive-level audience. Executes regional sourcing initiatives - including supplier consolidation and process optimization - alongside engagement efforts that bring the winning culture agenda to life. Partners with the sourcing team on supplier, market, and spend analytics to uncover optimization and cost-saving opportunities, then track and report the value you help deliver. Expands the use of existing and emerging digital tools to unlock better insights from internal data and sharper decision-making. Prioritizes information needs, including capturing requirements and building reports and dashboards. Keeps up to date with the latest industry trends. Coordinates meeting logistics end-to-end, from securing facilities to sending invitations and briefing materials. Provides chief-of-staff-caliber support, bringing an outside-in perspective that challenges assumptions and sharpens outcomes.
