This role is for a Senior Consultant in Network & Security Operations at Henkel, based in Bangalore, India. Hands-on experience with large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise networks, proven mentoring and technical leadership experience. Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, SD-WAN (Silver Peak/Aruba EdgeConnect), Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA). Skilled in routing, switching, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and network security troubleshooting. Experienced in incident management, RCA, problem management, and major outage resolution. Proficient with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and technical documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
