This role involves driving sales growth for Henkel's industrial adhesive technologies (Loctite) in the Quebec and Atlantic Canada region. You will prospect new OEM/MRO accounts, manage distributor relationships, and develop territory business plans. The position requires about 40% overnight travel within the assigned territory.

Post-Secondary Education required; University Degree preferred. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Must have strong interpersonal and organization skills. Must be competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must feel comfortable presenting to groups of people. Valid Canadian Driver's License. Fluency in French and English required.

工作职责

Sell OEM/MRO products, determine customer needs at existing and new accounts. Develop new value-added opportunities to grow sales and market presence. Establish Territory Business Plan to create tactics ensuring growth of key/target markets/customers. Implement Time and Territory Management techniques such as monthly report, distributor partnership plans. Learn and implement sales skills training as outlined in Henkel Training. Implement marketing programs and provide feedback to meet market needs. Motivate, educate and close business in group situations such as OEM/MRO seminars, Customer Training Schools. Train, work with and motivate distribution channel partners to sell Henkel products/solutions. Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. Operate within approved expense plan.
