This role leads the implementation of new products and innovation projects in a manufacturing plant, coordinating production, mixing, packaging, quality, engineering, and product development to ensure successful technology transfers and sustainable start-ups. The Technology Process Lead acts as the main point of contact between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective transition from development to industrial-scale manufacturing.

+ years of experience in manufacturing within industrial environments. Experience leading or participating in new product introduction (NPI/NPD), technology transfers, or industrial scaling. Experience working directly on the production floor. Knowledge of mixing, manufacturing, and packaging processes. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Biochemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Specialization in Manufacturing, Operations, Project Management, or Product Development is desirable.

工作职责

Lead and coordinate the Zero Production process for new products and relevant changes, ensuring application of global standards, defined roles and responsibilities, and corporate best practices. Act as main point of contact between Development, Production, Mixing, Packaging, Quality, and Supply Chain areas, ensuring effective transition from development to industrial manufacturing. Ensure preparation of operational conditions required for Zero Production executions, validating plant trials, process capabilities, materials, equipment, and resources to minimize launch risks. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate required resources for new product projects, technology transfers, vertical start-ups, and process improvements, ensuring compliance with schedules and strategic objectives. Follow up on post-launch activities to ensure stabilization and sustainability of production processes, monitoring key indicators of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Provide technical support in investigation and resolution of deviations, non-conformities, and manufacturing issues related to new products or process modifications. Lead generation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation to support production processes, launches, and management system compliance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing, mixing, packaging, and technology transfer processes to increase operational efficiency.
