Tenacious, proactive, and approachable with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong leadership capability with solid project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.

工作职责

Contribute to the development and execution of the New Zealand sales strategy, driving sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. Manage the national distributor relationship, ensuring sales and margin targets are consistently achieved. Plan and implement promotional and sales initiatives to increase market share, sales performance, and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, providing support, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with key distributors on strategic projects, including product range and SKU alignment initiatives. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to support business planning and decision-making. Work closely with supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and maintain high levels of customer service. Proactively manage supply-related matters, including forecasting, backorders, and inventory planning, while participating in integrated business planning processes.

Trade qualification is highly desirable, though not mandatory, with mechanical or technical training considered an advantage.
