This role is responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and supporting the sales team with CRM and reporting tools. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights.

Higher or specialized education (preferably with a background in mathematics)

English language: intermediate level and above
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Power BI, OLAP are desirable)
Experience in preparing reports

工作职责

Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), consolidate and summarize sales department results

Prepare analytical and summary tables, automate reporting, control data quality
Upload, update, and maintain sales results data
Prepare data and materials for sales team presentations
Enter new distributors into the system and update existing distributor data
Support the sales team in working with the CRM system, generate reports from CRM
Maintain and update the register of contracts and agreements with distributors
