作为康宁的技术经理，您将领导大型技术团队，负责精密运动控制和过程控制系统的设计与部署，涵盖PLC、SCADA、运动控制等硬软件技术，支持亚洲区的新技术转移和制造优化

您将制定控制系统战略，推动团队能力建设，并需频繁出差至中国、日本、韩国等地

最低要求

· 自动化控制、电气或机电工程、计算机科学等专业，硕士及以上学历

· 至少10年领导高技术水平、多学科、多文化工程团队的经验
· 具备广泛的沟通能力，能与业务各领域、各层级的客户互动
· 具备广泛的视野和战略思维，能与跨国业务合作并领导团队战略
· 具备强大的变革管理能力和多任务处理能力，以应对COE能力开发与项目活动的混合任务
· 具备制造环境中控制系统解决方案设计、开发和部署的技术/项目领导经验
· 具备控制系统硬件和软件的实践经验，例如：
使用PLC（三菱、西门子或罗克韦尔）进行逻辑和顺序控制
PC级编程语言（VB、C/C++、C#）
工业SCADA和DCS（如GE iFIX、LabView）
对反馈控制有基本理解，如PID、运动控制以及其他先进控制算法和方法

工作职责

· 与技术领导者积极合作，制定PCS战略，以支持公司优先事项的执行以及康宁在亚洲的所有业务运营和增长
· 通过积极参与和领导过程设备、工艺/产品原型和工厂自动化的控制系统架构、硬件和软件设计，推进和维护PCS的技术能力
· 根据需要发起和领导控制解决方案项目，以支持能力和开发，提升运营竞争优势并培养工程人才管道
· 作为MTE组织的代表，与亚洲的客户（主要是内部工程和制造团队）和供应商（技术参与、能力评估等）互动
访问直接下属的工作地点，并与关键客户交流员工在项目目标和期望方面的表现和贡献

· 在所有部门项目中倡导有效部署文档化的制造控制系统最佳实践
