As the Digital Product & Systems Lead for Xiaomi's European business, you will own the regional digital product roadmap, lead system design and implementation across customer and operational platforms, and act as the bridge between local business teams and global technology teams. 工作职责

Own the European business systems and digital product roadmap across customer, partner and operational journeys.

Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into structured product requirements, user stories and delivery priorities.
Act as the primary interface between European business teams and Global Product, Technology and Engineering teams.
Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of customer-facing and internal systems, including CRM, lead management, test drive booking, customer communications, ordering and partner platforms.
Establish governance frameworks for business requirements, prioritisation, release management and deployment readiness.
Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, usability, operational efficiency and customer experience at the forefront.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning and business readiness activities for new system releases.
Monitor system performance, user adoption and business impact, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
