As a Sales Efficiency Manager at Meituan Keeta in São Paulo, you will drive commercial strategy and sales efficiency through data analysis and AI-powered workflows. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and support growth decisions.

最低要求

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields.

Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and ability to work with complex business problems.
High comfort with numbers, data analysis and performance metrics.
Experience building AI-enabled workflows, automations or analytical tools.
Experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Revenue Ops, Business Ops or Consulting.
Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Hands-on profile, with willingness to build analyses, dashboards, workflows and operational solutions.
High level of autonomy, ownership and ability to operate with limited guidance.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through structured thinking.
Able to operate and be motivated in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English.

工作职责

Develop and maintain analyses to support commercial strategy, sales planning and go-to-market decisions.

Construct competitive analyses to identify market opportunities, gaps and potential strategic moves.
Build portfolio segmentation and brand/merchant pool analyses to support prioritization and resource allocation.
Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and action plans for commercial leadership.
Support sales efficiency initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, productivity gaps and automation opportunities.
Partner closely with Business Development, Merchant Operations, Strategy, Product and BA teams to improve commercial performance.
Design dashboards, reports and recurring business reviews to track key commercial KPIs.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, improve decision-making and enhance team productivity.
Structure ambiguous business problems and independently drive analyses from problem definition to final recommendation.
