该职位负责美团旗下Keeta品牌在沙特市场的配送运力规划与运营管理，制定中长期运力策略并推动落地
同时负责团队管理与AI工具在履约业务中的规模化应用，助力业务在海外市场的高效增长
最低要求
本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网、即时配送、物流、出行或相关行业策略运营/业务运营经验
具备较强的业务经营和战略思考能力，能够从复杂业务问题中识别核心矛盾，并将业务目标拆解为清晰的策略、机制及执行路径
具备成熟的团队管理能力，有目标管理、绩效管理、人才培养及团队梯队建设经验，能够带领团队在快速变化和逆向环境下持续交付结果
