As a Product Operations specialist at Keeta (a Meituan brand) in Riyadh, you will drive process optimization and system implementation for global food delivery operations. 工作职责
Understand business processes and user needs, and manage the collection, analysis and prioritization of system requirements; Identify repetitive, labor-intensive or error-prone activities and drive systemization, automation and batch processing; Map business processes and prepare requirement documents, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria; Work with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams to manage requirement reviews, development, testing and launches; Organize UAT, pilots, training and rollout, and track system adoption and post-launch impact; Use user feedback and data insights to continuously improve systems and processes.
