Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service. Inspect grooming and attire of staff. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, locking doors. Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, cleanliness. Complete inventories and requisition supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety. Complete work orders for maintenance. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow safety policies, report accidents, complete safety training. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, protect assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist disabled guests. Speak clearly and professionally. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals. Ensure quality standards, identify ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, cost-savings. Read and verify information. Visually inspect tools. Stand, sit, walk for extended periods. Move, lift, carry objects up to 50 pounds. Grasp, turn, manipulate objects. Move through confined spaces. Move up/down stairs. Reach overhead and below knees. Perform other duties as requested.
