As a Concierge Chief at The Londoner Macao, you will oversee all concierge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, local expertise, and team coordination. You will manage daily activities, handle VIP requests, and maintain relationships with local attractions. Coordinates day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and meeting customer expectations.

Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work.
Supports concierge team to focus on critical operations driving guest satisfaction and financial results.
Understands departmental impact on property financial goals and manages to achieve/exceed them.
Supports establishment of an effective database for restaurant and local attractions.
Establishes relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses.
Provides recommendations and arranges services for guests (e.g., car rental, tickets, babysitting, repairs, shopping).
Maintains awareness of cultural differences to meet guest needs.
Provides check-in/check-out services and handles reservations when needed.
Maintains knowledge of rooms, services, and hotel facilities.
Ensures repeat and VIP guests receive appropriate service and requests are carried out.
Responds to emergency situations using appropriate procedures.
Maintains awareness of daily operations and events.
Maintains knowledge of house-count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, group names and activities.
Provides warm welcome and anticipates guest needs throughout their stay.
Encourages mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.
Ensures concierge team effectively handles guest requests and adheres to hotel policies.
Assists in ensuring concierge team provides above-and-beyond service for customer satisfaction.
Improves service by helping individuals understand guest needs, providing guidance and coaching.
Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
Sets a positive example for guest relations.
Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
