This role leads and executes high-profile events and VIP experiences for the North Asia region, ensuring alignment with the organization's communication and marketing strategies. Lead and execute event activities to effectively communicate the organization's message to both internal and external audiences.

Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget, ensuring all deadlines are met and coordinating activities of all involved parties, including design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate innovative ideas, topics, and themes for conferences and events, developing detailed proposals and business cases that align with company marketing plans.
Supervise team members within established operational systems, ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
Develop and manage short- and medium-term work schedules to meet planned commitments, approving overtime or additional resources as necessary.
Oversee the operations of a large, multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service delivery against objectives and standards.
Monitor and review supplier performance, identifying gaps and recommending improvements or renegotiating contracts to ensure value for money.
Manage budgets, identify variances, value completed works, and oversee supplier payments to control costs effectively.
Set and achieve personal and team performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems, taking corrective actions as needed.
Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build capabilities, and providing training or coaching to enhance performance and potential.
Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the well-being of self and others in the workplace.
Ensure compliance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines, fostering an inclusive work environment.
