工作职责
PROJECT MANAGEMENT&Portfolio;:
Effectively manage project scope through proactive and open communication with internal and external stakeholders. Create alternative scenarios and adapt project plan to continuously strive for project performance
Apply project management tools and competencies to ensure the desirability, viability and feasibility for an on-scope, on-time and on-quality delivery of projects in compliance with requirements
Ensure adequate resources (people & budget) are allocated to the project
Ensure appropriate protection of Nestlé knowledge and project results
Drive strategic alignment within the defined area of the global I&R; portfolio, considering business priorities, market launch plans, and financial/non-financial rewards and risks.
Contribute to shaping the I&R; business targets and improve the average value of projects.
Align the I&R; portfolio priorities with the UK and Global priorities, facilitating discussions and setting annual priorities and targets that everybody understands.
Lead the portfolio and project governance routines, including defining meeting scope, purpose, attendance, and ensuring timely decision-making.
Provide regular overviews on I&R; portfolio analysis, flagging gaps or deviations from the plan, and integrating transversal programs and innovation acceleration activities.
Monitor R&D; resources, contribute to budget building and control, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; ensure all relevant stakeholders are continuously informed of project status, risks, issues and action plans
Ensure effective, on-time decision making by providing deciders with the relevant information and recommendations
