Lead end-to-end CRM projects including new feature rollouts, system migrations, integrations, and process improvements.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively communicate status updates, roadblocks, and successes to executive sponsors. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support leaders to understand pain points and translate them into actionable CRM requirements. Map out current-state and future-state business processes; identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications. Oversee configuration, custom development, and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (UAT); coordinate with business users for feedback and sign-off. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Design and deliver training materials, documentation, and hands-on workshops for end-users. Drive CRM adoption strategies; monitor usage metrics and create campaigns to encourage best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM support, troubleshooting issues, and managing the helpdesk/ticketing queue.
