Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches
For Technical Consultants, basic knowledge of major programming languages (Java/JavaScript/C#/Python), popular frameworks (Angular/Node.js/React), and architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.)
Always takes the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel; strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese
A fast learner and strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge or experience with Python, R, SQL, or other languages / frameworks.
Knowledge in BI, Analytics, data engineering or governance tools
Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; always takes the initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to travel
A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English

Be responsible for tasks in consulting engagements, including preparing for engagement deliverables, proposals, or other materials as required

Helps our clients achieve business objectives through the use of our value-added consulting service.
Produces a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team
As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in large-scale modernization and integration programs
Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements
Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation
Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery
Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing

As Functional Consultant, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in advanced analytics, AI and Data initiatives
As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in advanced analytics, AI and Data initiatives
Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements
Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation
Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery
