Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Preferably good background knowledge about business and government environment, regional development trends and public policies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
Good time management and problem-solving skills under both normal and urgent occasions, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment
A strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and results-oriented
Proficiency in MS office including Excel (especially PivotTable), PowerPoint and MS Word

工作职责

) HK Government & Public Services (G&PS) Sector PMO – support the leadership in driving growth in the Hong Kong Government and Public Services sector (G&PS).

Assist in planning major internal and external events, such as government/client visits, events and conferences.
Participate in external events to build brand and network with key stakeholders.
Prepare presentation decks, talking points, and Q&As for Partners’ external meetings and public engagements.
Identify and track relevant business opportunities and assist in preparing revenue, wins and pipelines reporting for leadership meetings.
Compile Hong Kong G&PS credential deck for iconic projects, develop and update relationship mappings for officials of key HKSAR bureaus and authorities.
Research specific topics and summarize findings related to government policies, economic and statistical studies.
) Clients and Markets Events/Activities
Support the South China Markets leaders in executing market strategy and implementation plans, including providing on-the-ground support for various clients and markets events/activities.
Support the planning and coordination of internal staff activities, such as team-building exercises.
Work with Branding and Communications (B&C) team and other LOS to issue thought leaderships, WeChat posts, marketing brochures and other publications.
Participate in other ad-hoc projects and firm initiatives as requested by LOS or firm management.
) Industry Program – supports the Industry Program Director on the management of Industry Program focusing on: Industry Program, Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry, Consumer Markets industry.
Support the overall program such as industry meetings, webpages check (as required), newsletters, and industry planning budgeting support.
Be familiar with Excel, revenue dashboard and Salesforce dashboard, and able to extract data and prepare reports on ad-hoc basis.
Coordinate monthly reports for the Management Board for key industries including key events, wins and client meetings, and provide support on special presentations using PowerPoint as required.
