Work together with GKAM to implement Key Account strategy, wiring, planning, selling, and execution to drive account profitable & sustainable growth; Support to define channel strategy with portfolio and pack&price; opportunity; Optimize the appointed channel business model and develop customers, balancing customer needs; supply chain complexity; Drive joint business plan with key customers and discipline KPI tracking and operating reviews; Develop yearly and monthly action plan with Importers; Monitor Importer to solve operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews; Amplify PEP imported assortment visibility and offtake through customer sell-in and in-store/on-platform activation alliance with PEP local portfolio; Control investment to Importers and Retailers and drive year-on-year productivities; Stay current/ahead with industry trend and contribute to organization understanding of the appointed channels; Champion and embed Pepsico way understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating.
