● Experience writing technical documentation for developer audiences. This could be API documentation, integration guides, SDK references, or similar content
● Comfortable creating visual communications like diagrams, flowcharts, and annotated screenshots

工作职责

● Own and maintain the KOMOJU documentation center, keeping all content accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive

● Write and update API references, integration guides, SDK documentation, tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources
● Document integrations for e-commerce platforms like Wix, WooCommerce, and Shopify
● Test API endpoints and integrations using Postman, cURL, or Swagger to verify documentation accuracy
● Create code samples, working examples, diagrams, flowcharts, and screen captures that simplify complex concepts
● Work with engineering, product, and customer success teams to document new features and identify gaps based on customer feedback
● Structure and organize documentation so both technical and non-technical readers can easily find and understand what they need
● Set up documentation standards, style guides, and templates to keep everything consistent
● Research market trends, competitor documentation, and payment industry best practices to benchmark our content experience and inform strategic documentation improvements
