As an HR Services Specialist at Sonova, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations for a global hearing care leader. You will serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR administrative matters, working in a hybrid model based in Singapore.

最低要求

At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment

Good understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
Familiar with HR processes and systems, understands HR best practices
Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Proficiency in English; Japanese/Korean is a plus

工作职责

Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments

Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English
Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments
