Understand the product spec/ requirement/ quality systems from customers, achieve quality goals via audits and effective teamwork with internal and external resources. 2. Conduct failure analysis to identify the root cause and provide the solution to fix the application & quality issue, issue CCN report and write the FA report when necessary. 3. Provide technical/ documentation support, and training for customers. 4. Collect the requirement of customer to internal team for review and maintenance of customer relationships. 5. Travel required for customer quality issue and external supplier audits.
