Ask for price of a variety of tools and apply for SC; also order office supplies and testing fees. Arrange Dept. Meetings and follow up on issues raised in the meeting. Monitor the department budget and participate in planning the budget. Schedule staff onboarding and handle staff departures. Support dept. to deal with transferring assets and scrapping assets. Release downtime on the MES. Train 5S for Blue Collar, audit 5S on-site with management level, and share 5S report. Update PPI's OKM in the internal folder and German shared link. Remind all to update monthly report and maintain the correctness of form information. Remind Quality carline to fill in management review and update PPM overview. Make German scrap report and internal scrap report, share with related responsible people, and follow up. Manage office employees' training plan and remind them to update training status. Organize employees to take part in Visual Test yearly. Book vehicles, restaurants and fruit plates for external auditors. Organize employees to take part in Fire Drill and Fire Extinguisher use. Assure compliance with process and procedural directives. Edit departmental safety education materials. Support Union to organize kinds of activities, including making videos, taking pictures and promoting activities. Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environment factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility as described in the safe production responsibility system.
