工作职责

Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined

Process development and optimization. Analyze and optimize existing and newly transferred processes under Integration of Innovative Solutions considering technical and cost factors. Solutions for implementation have to be discussed and agreed with project management and line staff.
Creation and further development of documentation (e.g. process datasheet, process data acquisition, verification plan, process development tolerance, continues data recording during the development phase) process development and optimization. Analyze and optimize existing and newly transferred processes under Integration of Innovative Solutions considering technical and cost factors. Solutions for implementation have to be discussed and agreed with project management and line staff.
Project responsibility for Process Development in develop and manufacture of automotive interior components with different plastic materials.
Check cross-interactions with other processes to understand full product life cycle
Responsibility in process development for all technologies with main tasks (e.g. support evaluation of PI's for approval/disapproval, maturity increase of prototype builds and test parts, risk assessment for process topics participation on expert level for DFMEA and PFMEA, error proofing, long term sustainability, tolerance capability, etc.)
Act as internal and external contact person within his/her own area of expertise; cooperate in internal working groups
Create internal publications (e.g. documentation, etc.) and present as required (internally)
Recognize general need for continuing education in his/her own field within the Company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries
Support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise
Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for Action.
Conduct mainly conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise (e.g. during acquisition and project phase)
Develop product and process specifications for different processes or linked individual processes
Suggest product or process changes in Order to increase System performance and/or to better implement customer wishes.
Develop process Standards and equipment, in order to achieve the desired results, and interpret the results (e.g. using Statistical analysis and methods, etc.).
Make process changes, documentation of results and deviations.
Create technical verification to use for changes in process development and equipment, in order to support new methods and processes.
Develop and approve lamination part specifications, support drawing creation.
Knowledge and know how transfer within the department, in between region and headquarter.
Conduct studies and inspections task in process tryout activities.

优先资格

Working experience for hot press lamination, familiar to lamination equipment and tool adjustment, lamination part optimization will be a plus.
