你将负责生产自动化设备的启动、参数化、编程和维护，确保生产过程高效稳定

工作职责

Startup and parameterization of assembly, EOL and automation technologies as part of project industrialization and create training concepts

Responsible for planning and implementation of production processes for specific technologies in the existing and new products in coordination with process development, process design, equipment procurement, logistics, production and quality with the goal of efficient industrialization
Maintain the existing production processes, with the goal of achieving trouble-free and efficient production.
Create and conduct training concepts with regards to the technology for the production, department and interns
Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes
Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined
Support to lead technically an extensive/complex department with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology/control of production and/or the organization
Cooperate in standardizing equipment and processes
Provide advice in planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account internal standards and user-specific requirements
Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications
Check the process window, under consideration of the design specifications
Monitor series production within your responsible area
Create extensive work instructions (e.g. for production associates, etc.)
Cooperate and support to Install very complex technical equipment (e.g. equipment, machinery, devices, etc.)
Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them
Eliminate (or have eliminated) very difficult interruptions (e.g. failures, etc.) to machinery and equipment (e.g. due to tool breakage, etc.)
Support to Determine causes of defects/failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems
Start equipment and adjust machine control systems correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and generate the appropriate documentation
Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.
Technical evaluation of process-relevant project ECR's (Communicate to project manager) and series production -ECR`s.
