工作职责

Manage the external (supplier) complaint management (8D-report).

Setting up and maintaining contacts and relations with the supply base.
Clarification of quality problems with the supplier and internal departments in the case of complaints.
Co-ordinate supplier activities to ensure supplier concern analysis, containments and corrective actions are carried out in a timely effective manner.
Ensure escalation procedures are followed.
Ensure disposition of non-conforming supplied product is in accordance with DRÄXLMAIER requirements.
Monitor the retrieval of costs related to supplier concerns.
Manage the control processes for incoming inspection.
Evaluate, present and track supplier quality data.
Develop and improve suppliers in line with DRÄXLMAIER policies and IATF16949 requirements.
Support system and process audits at suppliers.
Support reviews with under-performing suppliers.
Support quality assurance agreements with suppliers.
Ensure master samples and working samples are available for supplied product.
Support on the quarantine area.
Support APQP activities within the supply base together with the project team.
Support the PSW activities for suppliers for new programs (including run at rates, supplier audits, master sample agreement).
Support the PSW activities for suppliers for existing programs through the change management process.
Assess the maturity level of new project parts.
Analyze and optimize the internal processes and adjust the operations structuring and organizational structure of one's own areas of responsibility to the altered requirements in order to achieve an efficient co-operation with the surrounding departments. Design the interfaces to the surrounding groups, especially customer quality, production.
) Participation and Representation of the section supplier management and SQA during internal and external audits
Preparation of the audit.
Representation during customer audits and internal and external (e.g. IATF16949) audits.
Follow up on activities.
) Reporting
Appropriate reporting and documentation of activities, challenges and relevant quality data.
Ensure supplier quality metrics are completed for Management Review.
Records relating to Supplier Management are maintained in line with DRÄXLMAIER requirements.
Development and analysis of supplier related data and performance metrics for special activities.
) Leadership
Control, enhance and motivate the employee corresponding to the management principles of the company.
Meeting of personnel decisions in collaboration with the Personnel department and superiors.
Training, guidance and leadership regarding the SQA-tasks: Incoming Inspection, Complaint Management, etc.
) Others
Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.
