As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at the company's Taiwan site. The role involves interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance, provide after-sales service, and handle domestic and international business trips for technical support.

Must have experience working in a cleanroom. Ability to read basic English manuals. Ability to read basic circuit diagrams. At least 1 year of on-site repair experience. Must hold a valid driver's license. Must be able to read original (English) manuals. Must be available on 24-hour phone call. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
工作职责
On-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. Discuss issues with customers, diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform machine repairs, and provide satisfactory after-sales service. Be available for domestic and international business trips (U.S., Japan) for installation, technical support, training, and collaboration with service agent. At least 1 year of on-site repair experience. Understanding basic circuit diagrams. Must hold a valid driver's license. Must be able to read original (English) manuals. Must be available on 24-hour phone call. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Experience in maintaining semiconductor field or display equipment is a plus.
