This role leads a team of analysts to deliver business analytics and reporting solutions for Sanofi's global commercial organizations. You will manage stakeholders, drive innovation in BI tools, and generate insights from dashboards to support decision-making in a pharmaceutical context.
最低要求
Experience: 6+ years of relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics and Dashboard development/management.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business Analytics or related field.

Team/People Management:
Set clear objectives and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to build a high-performing analytics and reporting team
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward team members
Self Performance:
Oversee the refresh of existing reports and identify improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools and as needed structure / functionality with the latest insights as they become available
Oversee the creation of dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information and enable business decisions
Generate insights from the existing dashboards
Work to develop industry-leading analytics and reporting capabilities
Employ tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
Manage projects efficiently and effectively
Processes:
Lead the delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency
Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high standards for the outputs produced by the team
Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards
Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with global teams and external vendors to ensure end-to-end effective project delivery
Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery of requests
Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks, with an end objective to develop reports and analyses as per requirement
Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines and maintaining budget
