The Oncology Area Business Manager is a field-based sales role responsible for driving product adoption and revenue growth within a defined territory. You will build relationships with hematologists and oncologists, execute territory business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize patient access to Sanofi's oncology portfolio. This role requires strong strategic planning and communication skills, along with pharmaceutical sales experience.

BA/BS degree from an accredited school required. Minimum two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

工作职责

Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration and customer insights (updated quarterly).

Implement business plans through leveraging all appropriate resources with Hematologists and Oncologists and other key customers.
Develop as product, disease state and marketplace expert. Effectively communicate and position product information to customers.
Work closely with all field partners including Oncology Transplant Network Manager, Reimbursement, Account, other ABMs and Medical.
Complete call reporting, business plan updates and expense reports, operate within Pharma compliance guidelines.
Effective account targeting and time management.
Attend training sessions, conventions and symposia as required.
Complete fleet safety training and maintain acceptable driving record.

优先资格

Sales Oncology/Hematology experience preferred. BA focus in business or life science preferred. Up to 2 years successful experience in the sale of chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products preferred. Working knowledge of hospital and cancer center environment preferred.
