年以上下游工艺开发的分析方法和高通量平台使用经验
工作职责
在跨职能团队中工作，利用公司产品组合交付应用研究
计划、设置和执行实验室实验，以评估给定应用场景下新技术或新产品/组件原型的性能
定义工艺控制策略，并为MilliporeSigma产品的最佳运行设计配方和方法
研究文献并参加会议，以保持对生物加工终端用户工艺设计目标、性能期望和一般需求的了解
交付内部和外部的书面文献及演示文稿，评估产品设计或总结实验结果，重点关注技术性能
优先资格
拥有制药和/或生物技术行业的实际操作经验
具备优秀的问题解决和分析技能，包括数据建模、实验设计(DoE)和/或统计分析
能够熟练执行HPLC和ELISA方法的分析测定
优秀的团队合作和协调能力
