Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and analyze strategic product roadmaps, oversee client and competitor market research, review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes, address product commoditization challenges, maintain understanding of competitor offerings and pricing strategies. Product Management & Execution: Lead day-to-day product management for core deposit products, execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation, develop and implement sophisticated product pricing strategies, design and optimize client journeys. Financial Performance & Risk Management: Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals, oversee identification and execution of opportunities, take full accountability for business performance and business risk management, apply solid knowledge of balance sheet management and liquidity principles, appropriately assess risk. Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, manage internal and external audit processes related to DPS and deposit products, apply sound ethical judgment, escalate, manage and report control issues. Team Leadership & Development: Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members, coach and lead junior product managers, implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management frameworks, foster a culture of analytical rigor. System & Project Management: Lead or participate in system projects related to deposit product enhancements, collaborate with technology and operations, ensure seamless integration of product changes.
