As a Hardware Engineer at Dell's Engineering Services Team in Taipei, you will contribute to the entire hardware development lifecycle from research to delivery. You will apply engineering methods to design hardware components, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Essential Requirements:
Requires 3+ years of related experience with extensive knowledge of EE, ME, Device design/development process.
to 2 years of project management experience is a plus
Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by application of engineering concepts
Ability to plan and execute work in the larger context of cross-functional teams and the end customers.
Ability to drive for results, manage complex changing and deal with ambiguity.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written to teams, ODM/Suppliers, and upper management - Fluent English skill.
Self-starter and fast learner as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

You will:
Apply proven engineering methods and advanced tools to deliver high-quality hardware designs while driving efficiency improvements.
Drive the design and development of hardware components, products, and systems, including new product introductions and enhancements to existing designs.
Coordinate cross-functional design activities and align development timelines to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of hardware solutions
Monitor and adhere to cost targets established during the design phase.
Analyze design challenges, anticipate technical risks, and develop innovative solutions to ensure robust hardware performance and alignment with product objectives
Develop and define hardware build strategies and material specifications to support design integrity and achieve key engineering milestones.
