This role involves participating in financial system projects (ERP, POS, SAP FICO) and performing business analysis to improve cost efficiency and data reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support UAT, conduct user training, and streamline master data procedures. It is a 2-year contract position in a leading Asian retail group.

最低要求

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, or business analysis in multiple finance systems, or accounting
Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese
Solid experience in MS Excel and accounting software / ERP system, preferably SAP Fi/CO
Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, evolving environment under tight project timeline
Good understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics, and ability to make analytical decision-making with a focus on value creation

工作职责

Participate in projects covering ERP, POS, voucher system, vendor portal and any operation systems integrated data to SAP FICO

Set Group finance operation model on upstream processes, to enhance cost efficiency in operation and unified data for data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, develop solution and provide recommendation
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the inventories (both costing and quality), and make sure item setting and BOM setting are correct
Support UAT for system implementation or enhancement to assure quality
Conduct user training, and offer support and assistance to internal customers regarding queries and requests
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, and assist in streamlining Master Data procedures to improve efficiency
Design reports for auditing purposes of master data, including logs of new master data created changes made to existing data and ensuring that pricing has been set up for new materials
