Develop marketing strategy and brand plan for consumable product line based on marketing analysis, ensure implementation of tactics.
Marketing events preparation and organizing to ensure brand message delivering and high customer satisfaction achieving; ensure cost effective marketing events and programs within budget etc. Participate in the market research, e.g., customer pain point, market trend, competitors. Coordinate with for new product launch, including launch plan, strategy, global and cross functional communication, timeline management, selling materials, sales motivation, channel promotion, etc. KOL development and maintenance to ensure endorsement of ASP product. Update and optimize sales tools. Responsible for the forecasting, pricing, inventory management for respective products. Provide marketing support to sales team to ensure sales target achievement and market share gain. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. Performs other duties assigned as needed.
