您将与销售团队合作,深入理解客户挑战,并将其转化为包含引人注目的合作、运营和商业模式的制胜提案,确保每个项目都取得巨大成功

最低要求

技术技能:

拥有15年以上技术解决方案和提案制定经验
在托管服务领域有丰富经验,并接触过新兴技术
在以下至少一个领域有经验:遗留系统现代化、数据、客户体验和数字化转型
有制定满足客户需求并赢得项目的提案的经验
在根据业务需求定义支持覆盖范围和团队分布的运营模型方面有扎实经验
有提出合同条款和条件以回答大多数合同解释问题的经验
与业务发展、需求/销售、交付、服务线等各种内部团队密切合作过
精通以下技术栈:Node.js, Nest.js, Kafka, GraphQL, BBF

西班牙语和英语流利

工作职责

专注于理解和记录客户的问题和需求,并提供托管服务解决方案来解决它们

推动提案开发流程,从托管服务解决方案战略讨论到解决方案设计、定价、提案文件准备,并向内部客户领导团队和客户进行推介
通过与客户和客户领导团队合作,识别潜在的托管服务产品,领导推动主动提案的工作
