This role is for a Human Resources Officer in KPMG's Shared Services team in Hong Kong. You will handle payroll, benefits, visa applications, and employee wellness programs. It is suitable for fresh graduates with a proactive learning attitude or candidates with 1 year of HR experience.

最低要求

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or business-related discipline with one year’s relevant experience preferred; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered

Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other benefits/funding schemes across China and Hong Kong
A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)

Handle compensation administration -- payroll, tax filing, MPF, etc

Handle benefit administration and staff matters -- medical, leave, staff movement, etc
Handle visa applications and renewal for new joiners and existing staff
Maintain HR database
Plan and organise staff wellness programmes
Assist with ad-hoc assignments
