RESPONSIBLE FOR SEPHORA COLLECTION ASSORTMENT STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Work closely with brand head to develop overall assortments including imported and local developed products. Work closely with central team (HQ) to well understand the global-level assortment planning and new developments. Plan and initiate local special add-on assortment to make sure the competitive product portfolio thus to support the business purpose. DEVELOP OF CHINA SPECIFIC PRODUCT CONCEPTS Be responsible to translate the brand development strategy into rollout-able product concept ideas followed by market analysis and competitor analysis, and to generate into edgy concepts that is actionable by other stakeholders in product development team & QTA team. To promptly fuel in new ideas into product plan when witness new trend into market. Support on global tag-on projects local landing. EXPANSION OF PRODUCTS COMMUNICATION TOUCHPOINTS Ensure the brand has the right communication touchpoints to markets followed the global brand mood board To work with S+ creative studio or external creative agency to propose, design product packaging idea with translation into artworks To work with external creative agency to generate complete set of assets that could communicate internally to clarify the product concepts including product descriptive concepts, training decks, product sheets; and to work out complete sets of communication for external uses including key visual, pack shots, videos, & VM when possible. BUDGET AND SUPPLIERS CONTROL Define budgets used for each projects on idea generation, marketing research tests, artwork creation, communication asset creation depending on business objectives of each launch Monitor the phasing of the spending and ensure payment to be delivered on time Lead the team to record related budget in system, monitor its use and ensure its payment. Ensure suppliers are spending right amount of resources on briefs to ensure output.
