This position oversees the daily operations of food services, ensuring team collaboration, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow safety policies, report accidents, complete training. Ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality. Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist disabled individuals. Communicate clearly, develop positive relationships, support team goals. Ensure quality standards, identify ways to increase efficiency. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, etc.
