+ years of experience in logistics industry with rich warehouse system planning experience, bachelor's degree or above; 2. Familiar with fresh retail supply chain business operation standards and on-site optimization methods, with deep understanding of warehousing; 3. Ability to quickly identify and diagnose business, organizational, and personnel issues and needs, strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills; 4. 工作职责
Responsible for sorting out the business processes and system requirements of the keemart logistics-related systems, and writing BRD documents; 2. Conduct regular reviews of system applications and optimizations, extract, summarize, analyze, and output optimization points for system iterations based on business feedback and surface issues; 3. Based on business processes, sort out system requirements, continuously improve system functions, promote the product department to complete system Launch, regularly track system usage, and continuously complete system optimization iterations. 4. Responsible for the breakdown of operational and business indicators, and promote operational lean improvements through data analysis.
