This role is a sales strategy operations position within Meituan's international brand Keeta, based in São Paulo. You will work with the SMB team to set sales targets, analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and manage projects to drive business growth in Brazil.

最低要求

Experience: more than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.

Data analysis skills: proficient with various analysis software, capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
Market insight: information sensitivity to the market and industry, able to capture development trends, and formulate strategies.
Project management ability: good at communication and expression, strong coordination, team consciousness, and organizational ability.
English and Portuguese can be used as working languages.

Sales Target Management: Break down SMB team objectives, define key sales indicators, establish a target management system, and use data tools to manage daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

Operational Analysis: Use industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into growth and competitive opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development: Identify growth opportunities through analysis and develop sales strategies with clear execution paths.
Project Management: Ensure key goals and strategies are effectively implemented, analyze risks, and coordinate resources from strategy, product, and operations teams to drive the SMB team to achieve targets.
