This role is a senior Learning & Development partner at Merck, based in Madrid. You will lead the design and implementation of global learning strategies, manage training portfolios, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. 最低要求

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, ideally within a global, matrixed environment.

Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of learning programs, including needs analysis, design of customized solutions, content development, vendor management, and impact evaluation.
Proven consulting experience with senior stakeholders, effectively translating business strategies into capability roadmaps and delivering multi-region projects on time and within budget.
Strong learning technology and data fluency, with hands-on experience using LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and virtual delivery tools.
Skilled in using analytics and dashboards to report outcomes and drive continuous improvement in training initiatives.
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with external trainers and vendors, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and development goals.
Proactive in responding to inquiries related to Learning & Development topics and customizing training requests from the business.

Serve as the main point of contact for learning consulting, facilitating alignment with a high-impact organizational culture and global learning initiatives.

Develop and implement learning strategies based on comprehensive needs analysis.
Manage the annual Learning & Development portfolio to align with business priorities.
Design customized learning solutions.
Evaluate training program effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create and distribute training materials.
