This role drives B2B sales in the HORECA segment for Nespresso, focusing on building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering premium brand experiences in Hong Kong.

工作职责

Achieve sales and KPI targets designated by the management

Maintain good relationship with existing customers and increase business (e.g. customer visits)

To provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast, report on market dynamics and competitor activities
Attend regular product training to enhance customer experience
Handle customers' enquiry in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies & procedures and comply with local laws and regulations
Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks
