最低要求
Business / Economy / Technology / Engineering education background
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical procurement or engineering within the food industry
Familiar with filling and packaging equipment
工作职责
Supplier sourcing(BCOS) for technical material, filling and packing category, end of line equipment, cobot palletizier, coding equipment.
Demand analysis, supply analysis, and supplier development.
Support Engineering (China) Hub to complete supplier audit by technical due diligence, FAT and SAT, etc
Competitive bidding for tail spend project, includes the clarification of requirements and business terms, selecting suppliers by E-auction.
Saving registration in OSCAR
Complete supplier validation with global technical team, BCOS listed in PSL, BCOS project delivery on time, with success criterias, request clarification, proposal clarification, proposal evaluation, CBS, supplier awarding, saving registration.
Achieve best cost target along with right services
Develop and contribute in category strategy implementation the category's strategies, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing Process’ tools, templates and policies.
Supplier identification and development for commercial business relationship
Supplier performance monitoring, improvement and supplier relation sustain
Perform supply market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and develop TCO understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the category, and identify improvement opportunity
优先资格
Food Engineering / Food Science / Quality management education background is plus
Procurement or supply chain education background is preferrable
Experience in digitalization or automation projects is preferred
