Support commercial strategy development and alignment. Evaluate and define key products and market opportunity & forecast the impact on overall business. Probe customer needs and cultivate external opinion leader relationship. Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts. Support the platform development and roll out to shape the market and drive the business growth. Lead projects as planned. Lead & partner with cross functional teams of Compliance, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Finance, Market Access etc. colleagues to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process. Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment. Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables. Coordinate with BU internal and cross BUs to succeed the platform landing. Conduct national/regional conferences and serial trainings.
