This role leads the launch of digital patient support solutions at Sanofi, managing a team of 6 across multiple locations. You'll drive strategy, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred
+ years of total professional experience in digital patient support services role, of which at least 3 years must include leadership experience managing geographically dispersed technical teams
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience required — strong understanding of patient services operations in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Track record of successful product launches and technology deployments
Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
Experience with PHI/PII data handling and patient data safety protocols
Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Advanced skills in Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy
Fluent in English

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and develop a team of 6 professionals across multiple geographic locations; Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; Provide clear direction, mentorship, and professional development; Conduct regular performance evaluations; Promote Sanofi's values.
Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud); Maintain understanding of Veeva CRM and Veeva Engage; Demonstrate working knowledge of integration technologies (IICS, AWS, Snowflake, Python); Stay current with emerging technologies.
Product Launch Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Establish relationships with stakeholders; Ensure alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and Architecture; Develop launch strategies prioritizing patient needs; Monitor launch metrics.
Quality & Compliance: Champion quality-focused approaches; Implement left-shifting activities in SDLC; Ensure adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards; Maintain protocols for patient data safety (PHI/PII, GDPR); Conduct audits and reviews; Stay informed about healthcare regulations.
