您的核心工作是协调全球模板团队、系统集成商和本地业务利益相关者,建立稳固的交付结构,并管理从数据迁移、测试到系统上线的全流程,确保项目按时高质量交付

最低要求

拥有超过10年在复杂企业环境中进行ERP交付的经验

拥有IT管理或相关领域的硕士学位
在ERP转型项目(特别是SAP S/4HANA)方面拥有经过验证的经验
对SAP系统架构组件(包括核心S/4HANA模块和数据迁移概念)有深刻理解
具有在受监管的生命科学环境中工作的经验,熟悉GxP、验证和审计流程
曾担任过IT部署负责人、IT项目经理或解决方案负责人等角色
了解SAP Activate和敏捷/混合交付模型
擅长与IT和业务领导层沟通,展现出强大的横向领导能力
具备教练心态,能够指导不熟悉大型转型项目的IT资源

工作职责

共同领导欧洲实体的全球SAP S/4HANA模板部署项目

确保所有ERP活动完美执行并符合生命科学监管标准
作为区域ERP交付的单一责任点,促进全球模板团队、系统集成商和本地业务利益相关者之间的协作
动员和引入本地ERP资源,建立与全球治理一致的稳健交付结构
确保数据迁移的准备就绪,验证对SAP标准的遵守情况
协调集成和扩展的技术设计
领导ERP测试活动
管理切换(Cutover)规划与执行,确保无缝上线体验
在部署后提供超强支持(Hypercare),确保系统性能稳定
