工作职责

为基因组学/NGS测试服务提供核心生物信息学和计算分析支持,包括技术编程和流程支持

规划、启动和执行分析策略,以交付一系列基因组学服务产品组合的结果
开发、改进和维护生物信息学流程/算法,与技术负责人合作进行设计和实施
编写和维护脚本/工具(例如Python、R、Shell)以自动化工作流程、改进流程并实现数据分析
排查分析和流程/算法问题,识别复杂问题的根本原因,并参与解决和流程改进
批判性地解释复杂数据集,将实验结果与项目目标相结合,并为科学/技术利益相关者提供支持
通过全面的文档记录、参与同行评审、QA支持、SOP起草以及已验证系统的变更控制,确保研究/数据分析的完整性和质量合规性
