Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders. Coordination skills and assertion skills. Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top. Self-motivated with the willingness to learn. Abstraction skills. Fluent in English, German and Chinese is a plus.
Lead locally cell material and component topics to ensure project milestones. Enhance transformation of partner's processes to fulfill VW/Customer (automotive) standards in terms of supplier qualification process coming from the Chem. processing (e.g. process standards, PEP). Manage material and component specifications, ensure alignment of specifications between each stakeholder. Overview on cell and material characteristics available in the market. (Lead or) support and report on failure analysis, task force related with materials and components. Be battery cell interface among the corresponding departments/ developing stakeholders. Visit battery material supplier and follow up on new products and next gen material use in battery cell development. Status and problem reporting/escalation through all levels (engineering and management).
