Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders. Coordination skills and assertion skills. Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top. Self-motivated with the willingness to learn. Business fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
Analyzing and interpreting cell / test bench data to characterize cell performance and compare with requirements. Designing, tracking, and interpreting lab cell experiments to analyze cell behavior and define development related special tests. Analyzing the overall cell performance and reporting gaps, conducting root cause analyses, initiates and plans countermeasures. Preparing project decisions based on test and modeling results. Correlating cell properties with production data. Developing, parameterizing, validating, and running battery cell simulation models (e.g., electrical, thermal, aging). Documenting, discussing, and presenting project results; creating and updating schedules, roadmaps, and presentations. Filling Cell Data Sheet (CDS) and improving / aligning content with stakeholders. Conducting project reporting and ensuring timely escalation of issues. Performing literature and patenting research.
